Who is This Process for?

• Procurement teams looking for a more cost-effective material

• Production teams solving performance issues with current materials

• Companies diversifying suppliers for supply chain stability

• R&D departments switching to bio-based products

Homologation Support

Switching suppliers doesn’t have to mean starting over. Our structured Qualification Roadmap is designed to help your team validate our compounds quickly, so you can reduce risks, maintain timelines and get to production without disruption.  We understand that homologating a new compound is more than just receiving a sample. It’s a technical, operational and often bureaucratic process that needs to be handled efficiently.

Our Qualification Roadmap

Here is how we will guide you through the homologation process.

Project Intake

We start by understanding your application, processing method and performance requirements. If available, you can also share your current material specifications for a faster match.

Candidate Selection

Based on your needs, we recommend 1–3 optimal compound candidates, or develop a new formulation in collaboration with you.

Sample Delivery and Testing Support

We deliver physical samples with full technical documentation, including TDS, MSDS and relevant compliance certificates. Our team stays available during your testing to interpret results and advise on any special requirements.

Feedback & Fine-Tuning

If adjustments are needed, our lab can quickly modify the formulation and resubmit samples for final validation.

Approval and Integration

Once approved, we provide full documentation for your internal homologation and support the integration into your production process, including technical advice if needed.

Do you require detailed specifications before suggesting a product?

Not necessarily. If you provide a basic description of the application and your current material (if available), we can start from there and narrow down options.

Can you match an existing material from another supplier?

Yes. If you provide a sample or a technical datasheet from your current material, we can analyse it and propose an equivalent or improve on it if needed.

How quickly can I receive a sample after project intake?

For existing compounds, samples are usually shipped within a few working days, depending on stocks. For customized formulations, sample timing will depend on development requirements but will be communicated clearly upfront.

What happens if internal approval fails at first trial?

We treat each trial as an opportunity for refinement. Based on your feedback, we adjust the formulation and deliver a new sample as needed.

Can you help us with documentation for internal approval?

Yes. We provide TDS, MSDS, compliance declarations and a custom technical document tailored to your testing process.

Can you supply small batch orders for pilot projects?

Yes. We can support pilot production and scale with your project over time.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQs depend on the compound and processing method but are communicated transparently at the start of each project.

Can you assist with homologation testing requirements from third parties or certifying bodies?
Yes. If your homologation involves third-party testing, we can adapt our support and provide pre-certification testing input where applicable.
